It has illustrations of and pictures-of-statues-with all sorts of ancient chinese armor, including Qin, Eastern-and-western-Han, "Wei-Chin," and, of course, more 'modern' things. My normal 'Zhang Liao' armor appears to be about 200 years ahead of its time, but there also appears to be chainmail.
Chainmail is pretty rare, but I've seen a few, and heard of some more.
